The Compagnie Internationale de Leasing (CIL) announced that its Board of Directors, meeting on March 16, 2023, reviewed the company’s activities during the 2022 financial year and approved the individual and consolidated financial statements for the 2022 financial year, which were submitted to the auditors.
The individual financial statements show a net profit of 17.5 million dinars, compared to 15.2 million in 2021, an increase of about 15%. The consolidated financial statements show a net profit of 17.2 million dinars compared to 15.5 million.
In addition, the Board of Directors decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Arab Institute of Business Leaders.
In accordance with Central Bank of Tunisia Note No. 2023-10, the company announced that its Board of Directors decided to propose to that General Meeting the distribution of a dividend of 2,200 dinars per share.
The Board of Directors also decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday April 18, 2023 to increase the capital from 25 to 35 million dinars through the incorporation of reserves at the rate of two new free shares for five old shares. The new shares will be entitled to dividends from 1 January 2023.
