The bond loan of 10 million dinars, likely to be increased to 15 million dinars, issued by the “Compagnie Internationale de Leasing” (CIL) has just been successfully closed in anticipation, on May 27, 2020, for an amount of 15 million dinars.
The structuring, placement and financial management of that bond loan were carried out by stock market intermediary CGI (Compagnie Générale d’Investissement).
