The Extraordinary General Meeting of the company City Cars, KIA car dealership in Tunisia, held on Thursday, May 30, 2019, approved the increase of registered capital by incorporation of the reserves of 4.5 million dinars, by the issue of 4,500,000 free new shares with a nominal value of 1 dinar each, with one (01) new share for three (03) old shares.
As a result of this increase, the company’s share capital will rise from 13.5 million dinars to 18 million.
Furthermore, the Ordinary General Meeting, which preceded the holding of the EGM, approved the distribution of a dividend of 0.950 dinar per share for 2018 to be paid from July 15, 2019.
