Tunisia: COTUNACE and Saudi EXIM sign MoU to boost bilateral trade and exports

The Tunisian Company for Foreign Trade Insurance (COTUNACE) and the Saudi Export-Import Bank (Saudi EXIM) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions, promote bilateral trade, and support exports in both countries, the Saudi press agency SPA reported.

The MoU aims to develop cooperation between the two sides in several areas, including financing and insuring joint projects, exchanging information and knowledge on export credit policies and practices, and organizing specialized seminars, workshops, and training programs.

The agreement will enable Saudi and Tunisian companies to explore joint business and project opportunities, which will contribute to enhancing local exporters’ access to African markets, according to the same source.
