The filling rate of dams has dropped to 21.4%, compared to 23.3% about a month ago, according to a report from the National Agricultural Observatory (ONAGRI), dated October 9.
The filling rate of the largest dams has deteriorated since September 16, falling below 50%. It currently fluctuates between 3% and 42% (compared to 54% a few weeks ago).
