Minister of Social Affairs Ahmed Ammar Youmbaii told Africanmanager that forecasts of social security funds deficit which projected 400 MTD were reduced to 300MTD.
This decrease is explained by department by the recovery of arrears of persons insured by CNAM that exceeded the annual limit for reimbursement of costs of disease as well as the exemption of the principal of the debt.
These two operations helped recover 100 MTD, he said.
