The Délice Group has just published its financial statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2019.
These statements show a Net Profit Group Share of 46.5 million dinars, against 30.9 million dinars a year earlier, a surge of 50.6%.
This performance is attributed to the increase in the Group’s operating revenues which rose from 851.8 million dinars in 2018 to 978.7 million at the end of last December, i.e. an increase of 15%.
This growth is mainly due to the growth of local sales by +8.3% to 812.2 million dinars and export sales by +64% to 29 million dinars.
In terms of purchases consumed, they amounted to 741 million dinars, against 644.8 million in 2018, thus recording a 15% increase.
These purchases concerned raw materials (531.4 million dinars) and consumables and packaging (195.7 million dinars).
For 2019, personnel costs amount to 82.5 million dinars, compared to 75.9 million dinars a year earlier, divided between salaries (68 million dinars), social security charges (10.3 million) and other (4.2 million).
The operating result of the Group composed of ten companies, reached 60 million dinars, against 48.2 million dinars in 2018, up 24%.
In addition, the Délice Group saw its net financial charges increase from 13 to 17.9 million dinars between 2018 and 2019, following the rise in interest charges by +72% to 17.2 million dinars.
