Tunisia: Délice Holding announces profit of 120 million dinars in 2025

Délice Holding’s board of directors, meeting on April 28, 2026, approved the financial statements for the past year, revealing remarkable performance both at the parent company and consolidated group levels.

The year 2025 proved to be an excellent vintage for the group. Group net profit (share of the group) crossed a symbolic threshold to reach 120.8 million dinars, up from 101 million in 2024.

That significant 19.6% increase underlines the operational efficiency of the group’s various subsidiaries despite a challenging economic environment.

On a standalone basis, the parent company also showed robust health. Individual net profit as of December 31, 2025, stood at 64.8 million dinars, marking a nearly 10% (9.98%) increase compared to the previous fiscal year.

Dividend proposal adjusted for share split

Building on these results, the group decided to share the fruits of this growth with its shareholders.

A dividend distribution proposal of 0.550 dinar per share has been retained for the 2025 fiscal year, compared to 1 dinar last year.

It should be recalled that the company carried out a stock split in July 2025, reducing the nominal value of its shares from 10 dinars to 5 dinars.

Consequently, the dividend to be distributed this year represents a 10% increase compared to last year on an adjusted basis.

These results and the dividend proposal will be submitted for final shareholder approval at the Ordinary General Assembly, to be held on June 11, 2026.
