Tunisia: Dinar appreciates against Dollar and depreciate against Euro in February

Foreign exchange reserves stood at 21 957 MD, equivalent to 155 days of imports, at the end of February 2021, against 19,111 MD in the same month of the previous year representing 110 days of imports.

Also in February 2021, the dinar appreciated by 5% against the US dollar compared to February 2020 (2.723 DT against 2.860 DT).

However, the dinar depreciated by 5.2% against the euro bringing the average value of February 2021 from 1 euro to TND 3.289 TD against TND 3.118 in February 2020. The dinar has depreciated by 0.03%, since the beginning of the year.
