El Amana Takaful, a company specializing in Islamic insurance, has just published its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, as they will be submitted for approval to the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on April 19, 2024.
These financial statements show a net profit of 2.5 million dinars, compared to 2.6 million dinars at the end of December 2022.
Established in 2013, El Amana Takaful is 87% owned by Al Baraka Bank Group following a takeover bid launched in July 2023.
