EL Wifack Leasing has decided to increase the share capital of the Company by 10 million Tunisian dinars (MTD) from 15 MTD to 25 MTD in two parts of 5 MTD.
The Extraordinary General Meeting of the said company decided the implementation of the first part of 5 MTD by issuing 1,000,000 shares with a nominal value of 5 dinars and issue price of 13 dinars, i.e. an issue premium of 8 dinars at a rate of one (1) new share to subscribe in cash for (3) existing shares.
