Tunisia: ENDA Tamweel issues bond loan of 20 million dinars

The Board of Directors of the company ENDA Tamweel decided at its meeting last December 23 to issue a bond loan of 20 million dinars likely to be increased to 30 million dinars, divided into 200,000 bonds that may be increased to 300,000 bonds of 100 dinars in par value.

This will be done without recourse to the Public Savings Call.

Subscriptions and payments for this loan will be made from December 30, 2020 to Amen Invest, a stock exchange intermediary, and will be closed no later than January 22, 2021.

ENDA Tamweel has decided to issue this loan as part of a strategy aimed at strengthening the company’s financial structure by consolidating its medium- and long-term resources in order to support the development of its business under the best possible conditions.
