ENNAKL Automobiles announced that its Board of Directors, at its meeting held on March 21, 2023, approved the management report and the company’s individual and consolidated financial statements for the year 2022.
The report shows a consolidated net profit of 42.4 million dinars, compared to 32 million in 2021, representing a growth of 32.6%. As for the individual net result, it shows a profit of 31.3 million dinars, compared to 26 million in 2021, up 16.5%.
The Group achieved a consolidated turnover of approximately 568.7 million dinars in 2022, compared to 538 million in the previous year, an increase of 5.7%.
In addition, the Board of Directors decided to convene the company’s shareholders to the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on April 25, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the company’s headquarters and to propose the distribution of a dividend of 0.650 dinars per share, the same as last year.
