(TAP) – The Tunisian Company of Petroleum Activities (ETAP) has become the holder of the hydrocarbon exploration permit “Zarat” with a rate of 100%.
This decision was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia (JORT) by an order of the Minister of Industry, Mines and Energy of January 5, 2022, allowing the total transfer of rights and obligations in the exploration permit of hydrocarbons called “Zarat”.
Article 1 of the order stipulates “the total transfer of rights and obligations held by the company PA Resources Tunisia Pty Ltd in the hydrocarbon exploration permit called “Zarat” (1%) to the benefit of the Tunisian Company of Petroleum Activities.”
