The company AMI Assurances has published, for the first time, (although it is not required to do so) its interim financial statements closed on June 30, 2021.
The half-yearly accounts reveal an improvement in the result of the period which turns green to 890,000 dinars, against a deficit of 607,000 dinars on June 30, 2020 and a net profit for the whole year 2020 of 624,000 dinars.
The company launched in 2020 a restructuring plan successfully completed at the end of the year 2021 and which allowed him to strengthen its equity and quasi-equity of an amount of 132.8 million dinars. This was done through a capital increase in cash of 46.4 million dinars in nominal and as much in premiums and the issuance of equity securities for an amount of 40 million dinars reserved for the BNA.
The registered capital of the company AMI Assurances is thus raised to 87.391.790 dinars divided into 87.391.790 shares of nominal value one dinars each.
