The company Euro-Cycles has published its individual and consolidated financial statements closed on December 31, 2020 as they will be submitted for approval to the Ordinary General Assembly to be held on April 15, 2021.
On the individual side, the company achieved a net profit of 16.3 million dinars, compared to 10.1 million in 2019, up 61%. This growth comes from the surge in turnover, which reached a record of 120 million dinars (+37%).
At the group level, the bicycle manufacturer has almost doubled its consolidated profit in 2020 to 16.6 million dinars, compared to 8.7 million a year earlier.
The company has convened an Ordinary General Meeting for Thursday, April 15 at its headquarters to decide on the accounts of 2020. The board of directors proposes the distribution of a dividend of 1.515 dinar per share against 1.090 dinar last year.
