Tunisia: fall of dinar is due to decline in foreign exchange reserves (expert)

Economic expert and former Finance Minister Houssine Dimassi stated that the 10% fall of the Tunisian dinar in a year means an unprecedented deterioration of the Tunisian currency since 1986.

In a statement to Jawhara FM, he said that the fall was mainly due to the sharp decline in foreign reserves due to increased spending and rising imports.
