5 leading Tunisian companies, representing one third of national production in 2015, are certified “Food Quality Label Tunisia,” said a statement. These companies are Sicam, Jouda, Comocap (Petit Paris), Carthage Food (Cap d’Or) and Sticap.
According to the same statement, the five companies have started working together in 2015 to position the Tunisian Harissa with “Food Quality Label” on markets.
The new label was presented to the public at EXPO Milan, Italy, the Contest of local products in Switzerland, Anuga in Germany and the agricultural show SIAMAP in Tunis.
