Tunisia: French CIC would replace Royal Luxembourg in BT

We learnt from a source close to the case that the foreign investment fund “Royal Luxembourg,” which had been temporarily declared the purchaser of 13% of the “Banque de Tunisie,” under a tender for the sale of the share capital of BT after its confiscation, would have been definitely ruled out.

According to our source, French bank CIC, already a shareholder of BT, which submitted the same offer made by Royal Luxembourg, therefore won the 13% at 14.850 DT/share.
