In a recent notice of threshold crossing, the Tunisian Insurance Group “GAT” said it had exceeded the rate of 10% in the capital of the Real Estate and Shareholding Company (SIMPAR).
Until the notice, the GAT held 8.41% of the capital of SIMPAR. Since October 11, 2018, the GAT has taken over 14.09%.
Simpar is one of the real estate subsidiaries of BNA (National Agricultural Bank).
It should be noted that with the acquisition of Proparco’s stake (15%) in September 2009, the Mabrouk group became a reference shareholder in the GAT group, with 46.637% of the capital, through Maghreb Holding.
