Hannibal Lease has announced that its Board of Directors, meeting on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, reviewed the company’s activities for the 2023 financial year and approved the individual and consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2023.
The individual financial statements show a net profit of 10.2 million dinars, compared with 6 million dinars at the end of 2022, an improvement of 67.7%.
The consolidated financial statements show a net profit of 13 million dinars, compared with 7.9 million dinars in 2022, an increase of 63.7%. In addition, the Board of Directors has decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting for Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 10am at the Arab Institute of Business Managers (IACE) and to propose, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Tunisia, a dividend of 0.400 dinars per share.
