Office Plast announces that its Board of Directors, chaired by Yassine Abid, at its recent meeting, approved a partnership with a Moroccan investor for the creation of a new industrial project in the Agadir industrial zone for the manufacture of office and school supplies.
The project will serve the Moroccan and ECOWAS markets. Office Plast will hold a 50% stake in this subsidiary.
The Board was also informed that Office Plast has completed the creation of a distribution subsidiary in France for the distribution of office and school stationery.
