Subscriptions to the subordinated debenture loan “HL 2023-02” of 15 million dinars (MD), which can be increased to a maximum of 20 MD, were successfully closed on July 12, 2023 for an amount of 15 MD, according to information published on the website of the Financial Market Council (CMF) on Thursday.
Subscriptions to this subordinated bond were opened to the public on June 15, 2023.
