The household-group inflation was at 3.8%, up 0.1 point, in August 2016, compared with July, according to the National Institute of Statistics (INS).
During the previous four months, inflation has gone crescendo from 3.3% in March 2016 to 3.7% in July 2016, following the increase in annual shift in the “clothing and footwear” group between July and August, climbing from 2.9% to 5.1% mainly driven by the period of summer sales that was put forward.
