Statistics from the Technical Agency for Land Transport (ATTT) for the first two months of the year reveal an undisputed dominance of the South Korean brand Hyundai, driven by a record-breaking month of February.
The Tunisian automotive landscape shows its first trends of the year 2026, and the least one can say is that the duel for first place is short-lived. According to the latest official figures from the ATTT, Hyundai establishes itself as the undisputed market leader at the close of the first two-month period.
With a total of 1,117 cumulative registrations in January and February, Hyundai is widening the gap with its competitors. The performance is all the more impressive as the brand achieved the majority of its volume in the single month of February, with 983 vehicles sold.
The rest of the podium and the Top 5 show resilience from the safe bets, although they are distanced by the leader.
Isuzu, solidly in second place with 889 units, confirms its historical grip on the commercial vehicle segment, a pillar of the Tunisian market. KIA completes the podium with 697 sales, maintaining a regular presence in the top three.
Finally, the race is tight for fourth place. Renault (582) narrowly edges out Toyota (571).
