IBM Tunisia has recruited six young Tunisians for an international training course of 6 months, after which they will be assigned to technical or sales positions within the multinational.
The six new recruits come from large Tunisian schools and were selected in accordance with qualifications and based on the recruitment process of IBM, aimed at attracting the best talents in the program.
In addition to their prestigious degrees and brilliant results, candidates were chosen for their interpersonal skills and language and their ability to learn and adapt.
After an intensive training period of six months around the various businesses and products from IBM, the recruits will be integrated within the various services and continue their learning with hands-on instruction, and with coaching from a mentor assigned.
This action fits into the framework of the Africa Graduate Program for Tunisia, Morocco, Kenya, Nigeria, Angola, Tanzania and Uganda, and aims to build a local skills base of young graduates with high potential to form future leaders in the multinational.
