The subsidiary of the Indian company “Dabur”, located in the industrial zone of Enfidha in Tunisia and specialized in the production of toothpastes, is in the process of liquidation, the company announced Wednesday.
Dabur Tunisia has nevertheless revealed no reasons for this decision.
“Our wholly-owned subsidiary Dabur Tunisia is dissolved and liquidation is underway,” the Indian company said simply in a statement reported by various Indian news websites.
The same sources indicate that “Dabur Tunisia’s turnover represented only 0.12% of Dabur India’s consolidated sales and 0.02% of the consolidated net worth of the Indian parent company.
