The new Investment Code is in its final phase and will be ready before the end of 2012, Riadh Bettaieb, Minister of Investment and International Cooperation said on Express FM
The main guidelines of the Code will be submitted to the Cabinet meeting by the end of this week before its final validation in three weeks.
Thanks to this new legislation and the battery of measures that will be taken to facilitate investment, Tunisia’s ranking by Doing Business on the business environment will be improved significantly next year, said the Minister.
