LAND’OR has published its consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, which will be submitted for approval to the Ordinary General Meeting convened to approve the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023.
At the end of 2023, the Group recorded a net profit of TND 6.8 million, compared to a loss of TND 9.9 million in the previous year.
This performance was mainly the result of a strong increase in the Group’s revenues.
The Group’s consolidated revenues rose from TND 192.4 million to TND 257 million between December 2022 and December 2023, an increase of around 33%.
On the other hand, operating expenses increased by 24% to TND 243 million compared to TND 195.2 million in 2022.
As a result, the operating profit turned positive, reaching TND 14.1 million, compared to an operating loss of TND 2.7 million at the end of December 2022.
The group also managed to stabilize its net financial expenses at TND 6.8 million.
