Tunisia: Linagora to open offices, create 50 jobs

A new international ICT player will open its offices at the Technology Park in El Gazala at the end of January 2016, reports “Tunisie Haut debit”.
 
Mohamed Amine Bouhlel, director of Linagora Tunisia said in an interview with the same source that the target of this short-term project is to create fifty jobs in research and development.
 
“We therefore wish a successful integration in the Tunisian ecosystem through consortia and partnerships with stakeholders who share our values. We will be very close to universities and research institutions to boost trade and technology transfer. We are partners in the European project Horizon 2020 of which Tunisia is member, “he told the source.
 
Linagora is an open source collaborative software publisher, which has an array of solutions that goes from the instant messaging and email to document sharing, video conference and universal groupware platforms.
Linagora was founded in 2000 by Alexandre Zapolsky in Paris , and is now leader of open source software in France , with more than one million users worldwide.
