MONOPRIX announced that its Board of Directors met on Monday, April 29, 2024 to review the company’s activities for the year 2023 and to approve the corresponding financial statements.
These statements show an individual turnover of 684 million dinars, an increase of 9.1% compared to 2022, and an individual net profit of 5.9 million dinars. This is the first profit achieved since 2018.
The consolidated net profit attributable to the shareholders of the parent company amounted to 1 million dinars.
In addition, the Board of Directors has decided to convene the next Ordinary General Meeting on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 10 am at the Arab Institute of Business Managers (IACE) and to propose the distribution of a dividend of 0.100 dinars per share for the first time since 2017.
