The société Atelier du Meuble Interieurs announced that its Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 2, 2025, decided to increase the company’s share capital from 5,561,635 dinars to 6,085,083 dinars.
This is achieved by capitalizing reserves drawn from the “Retained Earnings” line item, amounting to 523,448 dinars.
This capital increase will be carried out by creating and issuing 523,448 new shares, with a nominal value of 1 dinar each, to be allocated free of charge to existing shareholders at a ratio of 8 new free shares for every 85 old shares.
Shareholders will be able to exercise their allotment rights by receiving new shares free of charge according to the allotment ratio defined above, or to transfer their allotment rights on the Stock Exchange. The exercise of the allotment right will begin on November 24, 2025.
The 523,448 new free shares will be entitled to dividends starting from January 1, 2025, and will be directly assimilated with the old shares.
The old shares of the company Atelier du Meuble INTÉRIEURS will be traded on the Stock Exchange, ex-allotment right, starting from November 24, 2025.
The new free shares will be traded on the Stock Exchange starting from November 24, 2025, on the same listing line as the old shares.
The allotment rights will be traded on the Stock Exchange starting from November 24, 2025.
The new free shares and the allotment rights will be handled by Tunisie Clearing starting from November 24, 2025.
