Djerba is playing host from April 16 to 17, 2012 to the International Conference on Mediterranean tourism.
The agreement for joint organization of the event between Tunisia and the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) was signed, Thursday, January 19, 2012 in Madrid, by Elyes Fakhfakh, Tunisian Minister of Tourism, and Taleb Rifai, Secretary General of the organization.
More than three hundred experts in tourism and tourism ministers of several northern and southern shores of the Mediterranean are expected in this event.
