The new Investment Code will be presented to the National Constituent Assembly (NCA), early next August at the latest, Noureddine Kaabi, State Secretary to the Minister of Development and International Cooperation told Express Fm on Tuesday.
Kaabi added that the code which he called as “economic constitution,” is currently the subject of regional consultations in preparation for a national debate on this strategic regulation.
