The minimum price of the transfer which is subject to a court order is 1.420 dinars per share.
It is, in fact, a seizure order executed by the tax authorities in the context of a dispute with one of the shareholders who own those securities.
This judicial sale was initially scheduled last September 9 but it was canceled at the request of the bailiff notary.
