The Tunis Stock Exchange, on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, recorded the completion of two block transactions involving 1,583,268 SFBT shares at a unit price of 19.300 dinars corresponding to a total amount of 30.5 million dinars.
The purchase of the 0.64% of the brewer’s capital was made by the Partner Investment company belonging to the Poulina Group, Ilboursa reported.
As a result, the Poulina Group now holds 10% of the capital of SFBT.
The last acquisition of SFBT shares made by the Poulina Group was made on March 21 for an amount of 17 million dinars.
The SFBT share price closed Tuesday down 0.48% at 18.300 dinars.
