The Financial Market Council (CMF) has announced that it has received a request to launch a simplified public takeover bid for 2,336,815 shares in SITS, representing 14.98% of its share capital.
The offer is being made by Partner Investment, acting in concert with Founders Capital Partners (the holding company of Poulina’s founders), which together hold 85.02% of the company’s share capital.
As a result, the listing of the SITS share will be suspended from October 2, 2024.
In November 2020, CMF made a mandatory offer to Partner Investment and Founders Capital Partners, after they together exceeded the threshold of 40% of SITS’ capital.
