In a press release dated Tuesday, May 14, 2024, the listed company SFBT (Société de Fabrication des Boissons de Tunisie) announces that “the Competition Council in Tunisia has just issued its decision at first instance in the case of self-referral registered since 2017.
In this decision, the Competition Council imposes a fine of 19,985,869,000 (nineteen million nine hundred and eighty-five thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine dinars) on the S.F.B.T. Group.
The company will lodge an appeal, which is a suspensive remedy, once the Competition Council’s decision has been legally notified.
