Délice Holding announced that the Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 28, 2025, approved the individual and consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024.
These financial statements show an individual net profit of 58.9 million dinars compared to 34.4 million dinars at December 31, 2023, an increase of 71.1%.
The net profit attributable to the Group amounted to 101 million dinars compared to 97.7 million dinars in 2023, an increase of 3.3%.
The Board of Directors has decided to propose to the next Annual General Meeting, to be held on May 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., the distribution of a dividend of 1 dinar per share.
The Board of Directors has also decided to propose to the next Extraordinary General Meeting, to be held on May 23, 2025 at 12:00 noon, a change in the par value of the Company’s shares from 10 dinars to 5.5 dinars.
