A syndicated loan agreement for an amount of 324 million dinars for the Tunisian Electricity and Gas Company (STEG) was signed on Friday, March 24 at the headquarters of BH Bank.
The banking syndicate consists of BH Bank (lead manager), STB Bank, BNA Bank, QNB, Banque de Tunisie and BTK.
STEG, on March 2023, benefited from a €120 million (400 million dinars) financing agreement with the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC) for the financing of natural gas imports.
