SONEDE International has just published its financial statements closed on December 31, 2020 during which the (35%) fully exporting subsidiary of SONEDE whose purpose is to carry out studies and services in the water field and operate networks and works on the international market, has achieved an overall turnover of 1.4 million dinars, compared to 1.9 million in 2019, down 26%.
The bulk of the company’s income comes from contracts concluded in Mauritania (945 thousand dinars), Gabon (217 thousand dinars).
As for operating expenses, they have decreased from 1.5 million dinars to 1.1 million between December 2019 and December 2020, down 25%.
These expenses are composed mainly of 674 thousand dinars of other operating expenses.
These include the costs of short-term seconded staff (383 thousand dinars), per diem (80
thousand dinars), and travel (57 thousand dinars), etc.
<p>As a result, the operating result comes out 27% down to 284 thousand dinars against 390 thousand dinars a year earlier.
As a result, the company ended 2020 with a net profit of 371 thousand dinars, against a gain of 364 thousand dinars a year earlier.
The company’s capital as of December 31, 2019 is owned by 35% by SONEDE, 10% by ONAS, 10% by STB Invest, 10% by STEG International, 5% by STUDI International, 5% by SCET, 5% by COMETE Immobilière and 20% by individuals.
