Tunisia: SOS IJRAAT, the new friend of firms in difficulty

The Prime Ministry, in coordination with IACE, UTICA and UTAP, launched on Tuesday November 1 2016, the “SOS iJARRAT” service.

The launch took place at a conference at the headquarters of UTICA, attended by Prime Minister Youssef Chahed, Wided Bouchamaoui Ahmed Bezghanda and Abdelmajid Zar and other stakeholders involved in this field.

The new “SOS IJRAAT” service, targeting private sector companies encountering impediments

related to administrative procedures, is designed primarily to solve ad hoc basis business problems, thanks to a close collaboration with the authorities for solutions on a case by case.

It also facilitates access to administrative procedures for private sector companies, while accelerating the necessary reforms.

This new service works in three phases: identification and diagnosis of the problem, transfer to the administration for treatment and finally monitoring and recovery of the file.
