The Board of Directors of the Tunisian Glassworks Company SOTUVER decided to increase the company’s share capital in cash.
This capital increase is part of a major investment of 33 million dinars, which covers the installation of a second furnace with a capacity of 150 tons per day and upgrading of the existing installation.
This program will allow SOTUVER, from 2013, to double its production capacity, improve the quality and competitiveness of its products and diversify its markets.
