Unpaid bills of the Tunisian Electricity and Gas Company (STEG) have amounted to date (Monday, April 20, 2015) to 638 million Tunisian dinars (MTD), a source from the company told Africanmanager.
STEG unpaid bills are actually down from the same period last year, says our source, adding that the decline was recorded as a result of awareness campaigns and collection efforts by the company’s officers throughout the country.
During the same period of last year, the unpaid bills amounted nearly to 700 MTD, adds our source.
