Tunisia took part in the technological “Connect the Arab World 2012” Summit, held March 5-7, 2012 in Doha, Qatar, by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Arab League.
“A Tunisian official delegation chaired by Information and Communication Technologies Minister Mongi Marzouk took part in this summit,” The Information and Communication Technologies Ministry said, in a statement
The same source adds that Tunisia also took part in the technological fair, held in conjunction with the fair, which was attended by representatives of major companies operating in the ICT sector, in addition to local and regional organizations.
The Center of Information, Training, Archiving and Studies in Communication Technologies, the Tunisian Post, the El Ghazala Technological Park, the National Electronic Certification Agency and the National Information Technology Center represented Tunisia in this fair.
