Tawasol Group Holding posted a consolidated loss of 3.3 million dinars in 2024, the Financial Market Council (CMF) announced on Wednesday.
The CMF said that, in line with its instructions published in a statement dated December 16, 2025, Tawasol Group Holding prepared pro forma consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2024, taking into account provisions subject to reservations mentioned in the auditors’ report on the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024.
These statements reflect the financial position and performance that would have been recorded had those reservations been taken into account or corrected at the time they actually arose.
The pro forma consolidated financial statements show a group-share pro forma consolidated loss of 3.3 million dinars, instead of a group-share consolidated profit of 1.15 million dinars.
At the request of the CMF, trading in the “TGH” share had been suspended as of Thursday, December 18, 2025, pending the publication by the company of a statement including the preparation of the pro forma financial statements.
Trading in the “TGH” share will resume on Thursday, December 25, 2025.
