Tunisia: Taysir Microfinance raises 15 million dinars on the bond market

Taysir Microfinance announced that the subscriptions to the bond issue “Taysir 2022-1” of 12 million dinars which can be increased to 15 million dinars that it issued without recourse to public offering, opened on June 9, 2022, were closed on June 30 for an amount of 15 million dinars.

Created in 2013, Taysir Microfinance is the first Microfinance Institution licensed in Tunisia. In 2018, a capital increase was reserved for the HORCHANI group through which it rose to 87.3% of the company’s capital.

Among the shareholders of Taysir Microfinance are Tunisie Leasing and Factoring, Amen Bank and the company COMAR.
