The Ministry of Tourism is organizing on December 1, 2014 a tourism and promotional day in the Ras Angela area, the northernmost point of the African continent located 17 kilometers south of the city of Bizerte.
This event aims to make Ras Angela a tourist destination similar to Cape Agulhas the southernmost point of Africa (South Africa).
Beyond this symbolic dimension, Ras Angela is rich in natural potential. The splendor of the sea, the green of the surrounding forests combined with the hospitality of the local people make Ras Angela a site that is worth to be visited.
This day will be enhanced by the presence of government officials, heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Tunis, tourism professionals, representatives of the national and international press and representatives of civil society.
