An agreement between Tunisair and Air Algeria to strengthen the partnership between the two companies in various fields was signed Tuesday in Algiers.
Under this agreement Tunisair and Air Algeria will benefit from a transfer of know-how in the use of resources and in many other areas.
These include aircraft maintenance, flight operations and commercial reach, namely scheduling harmonious flights, trade agreements, passage and freight.
Other sectors include joint purchasing operations, training and exchanges and communication between information systems.
This partnership aims to ensure the continuity and growth of the profitability of commercial activities of the two companies, favoring synergy through a good network complementarity, a convergence of interests and a systematic dialogue to ensure a strong mutual positioning in the region.
That agreement was signed by CEO of Tunisair Sarra Rejeb and her counterpart of Air Algeria Abdou Bouderbala at a signing ceremony in the headquarters of the Algerian national carrier.
