Turkey has granted Tunisia a loan of $ 500 million including $ 100 million donation granted in the form of equipment, Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Besir Atalay announced after a meeting with Interim Prime Minister Ali Laarayedh.
The remaining amount will be released soon, he said, adding that his country will spare no effort to support Tunisia in various areas, including financial and logistical support.
Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey is in Tunisia to prepare for the forthcoming visit of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
